大阪は玉造にあるスパイスカレー店、イエローチョイスさんです。
しかし寒い、お昼でお天気やのに絶対2～3℃しか気温が無い状態です。
たまたま玉造で乗り換えですのでカレー店を検索しこちらをチョイスです。
2種合い盛りカレーを注文。
今日は海鮮カレーと海苔キーマの2種です。
数分で配膳。
海鮮カレーはハマチ？の切り身とイカリングです。
海苔キーマは鶏ミンチのカレーですね。
上にレッドキャベツの酢漬けや水菜とクランチのアチャールがトッピングです。
2種ともとても良い仕上がりです。出汁の味がしっかりしていて具材とスパイスの相性なんかも良く考えられていると思います。
なにより塩味薄めなのが良いですね。
それぞれ単品カレーで食べる分には感じないと思いますが（それぞれ個別にオイシイ）。
同じプレートにあると、あまり味の違いを感じないです。
片方は酸味強くするとか、スパイス感を変えるとかあるともっと良かったんじゃないかと思いました。
基本のカレーが良いのですぐできそうな気がします。
