ネタを引き立てるシャリは6種類の酢をブレンドしており、深みがある味わい。
食材にこだわり、器にこだわり、世界観にこだわった空間で最高のひとときを過ごせました。

I walked to Sushi Shiro from Tanimachi 6-chome Station and headed to Sushi Shiro. This was my first visit to the famous restaurant, which is located just one block from the main street, since the chef took over. You can spend a luxurious and elegant time with only the spacious counter seats. Dinner is an omakase course only. You can enjoy it at two times: 5:00 pm and 7:30 pm. Each item has been made with a little extra effort, which is just as expected. The nigiri is characterized by three consecutive bursts of tuna, and the course is structured so that you can eat lean, medium fatty, and large fatty tuna in succession, allowing you to fully experience the differences in taste and texture of each. The final dessert is a refreshing yogurt ice cream topped with honey. Although it is a high class restaurant, the chefs are friendly and you can enjoy sushi in a relaxed atmosphere.
