大阪市天王寺区「蘭亭 上一店」さん
大阪メトロ谷町線「谷町六丁目駅」1番出口から長堀通りを東に歩き上町筋を南側へ曲がったところにある、
5月13日にオープンしたばかりの「蘭亭 上一店」さん。
「谷町九丁目」の「蘭亭」さんにはランチタイムに何度かお伺いさせていただいたことがあるのですがここは初となります。
「蘭亭特製 酢豚定食（酢豚8個サイズ）」（1600円）を注文。※酢豚5個サイズは1150円
蘭亭さんの酢豚は豚肉と酢醤油、ネギ、唐辛子、ニンニク（他に何か入っているかもしれません）で調理されていて、
よくあるタイプの甘トロ酢豚とは一線を画す料理で、甘口ではなく辛口です。
カラッと揚がった豚の唐揚げに酢醤油を浸して上にネギと唐辛子をたっぷり乗せていただきます！
これはなかなかの美味ですね！ランチで一番人気なのがわかります。
少し甘口の玉子スープでお口直しをしながらご飯と一緒にいただく酢豚は最高に美味しかったです。
お冷が「ジャスミンティー」なのもポイント高いです。※ディナー時はお水になるそうです。
ボリューム的には酢豚8個サイズが少し多かったので5個サイズの方でよかったかな？と思いました。
ザーサイの量が・・ナニコレって感じでした（笑）
店員さんの対応自体は良かったですが、厨房の方に入っている時間が長く、お冷が空になっていても最後まで補充していただけなかったのは少し痛いです。
たまたま気付かなかっただけだと信じて、またお伺いさせていただきたいと思います。
