平日の11時40分頃伺いました。
先客は2組でしたが、12時を過ぎると続々とお客さんがやってくる感じでした。
谷町九丁目のお店は時々伺うので、こちらのお店が工事中の時から気になっていました。
今回の注文は
ローストビーフ青椒肉絲定食 税込1680円
こちらのお店限定とか…限定に弱いわたしです。
5分程で料理が出てきました。
▪️ローストビーフ青椒肉絲
ローストビーフが上に乗っているのでよく混ぜて青椒肉絲のソースと絡ませてから頂きます。
具材はタケノコ、ピーマン、ローストビーフ、ニンニク、唐辛子です。
タケノコとピーマンがシャキシャキ。
ニンニクが入っていたのは想定外でした。
平日のランチでは、ニンニクは避けたいので前もって聞くべきでした。
あと唐辛子も入っているのでピリ辛で大人の味です。
ローストビーフはローストというよりは低温調理器で作ったローストビーフっぽくて、柔らかくてあっさりしていますが、肉肉しさはなくハムっぽいです。
ローストビーフにハーブも使ってるのかな？ハムっぽい風味がします。
それぞれの好みだと思いますが、私は青椒肉絲にはローストビーフより普通のお肉を大きめにカットしてくれた方が良いですね。

どの店舗で食べても同じですが、薄味で玉子より豆腐の風味がします。
▪️サラダ
どの店舗で食べても同じですが、ドレッシングの味が濃いです。これには毎回困っています。

おかわり出来るみたいです。
