[4 minutes from Tamatsukuri Station] Spicy! delicious! You can eat Sichuan's traditional super spicy hotpot "Dried Hotpot"! Extensive Chinese menu available
Among the rare traditional Chinese dishes, one that is highly recommended is the ``dried hot pot'' that is popular in Sichuan. This super spicy hot pot uses a variety of ingredients such as pork bones |
We had lunch at Ajikabo, a Chinese Cuisine restaurant that opened in Tamatsukuri on November 7th. A shop with a local feel that I've been seeing a lot lately. Since there were two of us, we ordered spicy beef side and mapo tofu. Lunch time will be a lunch set. Spicy beef side, boom! Soup, zzzzzzzzzz! oh! delicious! (^^)A delicious soup with a local feel and a certain spiciness and soupy flavor. It's also delicious when eaten with noodles. Although the beef felt like it had been seasoned with dashi, it was plentiful. I'll still have some fried rice. Lunch is amazing (^^) Mapo tofu, ok! Served piping hot in a clay pot. Mumbling... It doesn't have much spiciness and feels sweet. I think I want a little more numbness. The sauce soaks into the tofu quite a bit. The rice feels... The fried chicken is already cold, so you can make it ahead of time. While I was munching, two customers next to me told me they hadn't gotten their fried rice for lunch. If you haven't made it yet, that's fine and I'll give you a 180 yen discount. By the way, I was wondering what happened to my fried rice, but I guess it wasn't the second set in a row. They didn't come, so I called them and made sure they weren't making any, and when I said okay, they said they'd give me a 100 yen discount. What's the difference? (lol) I think the chef's skill is there. I understand that you're not used to it. However, the people in the hall were sitting in the audience seats and talking with the Chinese audience all the time, so I don't think it's because they're not used to it. It's a shame because the noodle soup was delicious.
