I'm revisiting Tanuki Tanuki Tei Kamiroku Hai Hai Town store, which has 10 restaurant in the center of Osaka city. Since it's close to my parents' house, I come to this restaurant often. Even though it's a weekday lunch, it's only 700 yen, which is cheap! This is an amount that is difficult to find in Tokyo. This yakisoba has medium-thick noodles covered in a thick sauce. The ingredients are simply pork and cabbage. It was a yakisoba set meal, so I had it with rice. I've always been a fan of yakisoba only, but it was nice to eat it with rice, just like Kenmin Shou. restaurant I used to go to the most was the Kobashi store between Uehonmachi and Tsuruhashi, and looking at the website, it looks like it's run by a different company.
