後輩のご夫婦との食事会。
年末になるとカンジャンケジャンが食べたくなり、後輩にお願いすると、まだんというお店で予約してくれました。
当日、ウキウキしてお店に向かう道中に、後輩からSNS。
”漁にでれないので、カニがないと。海老のカンジャンならできると。どうします？”
ええっ…
今さら断れないので、今回はそれでいくことに。
お店は非常にきれいで、お客さんの9割以上は若い人だらけ。
テーブルに置かれた本日のメニューから注文をしていきます。
エビのカンジャンはカンジャンセウジャンというようです。
大きな生のエビが韓国風の醤油にしっかりと漬かっています。
素手でエビの皮をむき、口に頬張ります。
おお、美味しい。
1人前が2匹でしたが、ペロリでした。
後で知りましたが、カンジャンとは醤油の韓国語と。なるほどです。
あとは海鮮チジミ、キンパを。
大好きなキムチは豪華な9種盛り。最初2セットを注文したら、お店の人にまずは1セットにするように勧められたのですが、やっぱり1セットでは4人では足りません。追加しました。
メインはプルナッチチョンゴルという鍋に。肉、てっちゃん、タコが入ったちゃんこ鍋です。さすがに韓国料理なので、トウガラシで真っ赤ですが、意外と出汁は控えめです。
野菜嫌いの私でも箸が進みます。
最後は超定番の冷麺。きれいな白色です。でも意外とインパクトはなかったです。
生マッコリを頼むと、なんと陶器の器に入れられ、お玉で分ける形式でした。
久しぶりのマッコリで美味しかった。
カンジャンケジャンではなかったので、お一人6000円くらいと予算の半分で済みました。
後輩が鶴橋駅の傍のお店で買ってきたカンジャンケジャンをくれました。
気の利く後輩で、感謝感謝です。
