年越しラーメン紀行第2弾。上本町近鉄12階にある銀座アスター。
店内は広々として、調度類も古いがそれなり。ゆったり食事できる。アスター麺2200円。
ラーメンのトップにある店名を背負うラーメン。
中国茶は無料。
しばらくして運ばれてきたアスター麺。
全景。
美味しそうなビジュアル。昭和の匂いがする中華風五目そば。
とりあえずベジファースト。
美味い！ スープにとろみがついており、麺によく絡み、えもいえぬ美味しさ。
豚肉と食べると美味さ大幅アップ。
小エビと食べても美味さ大幅アップ。
残ったスープはかなり美味しく、飲み干してしまう。
水でクールダウン。ラーメン一杯で新しいおしぼりを持ってきてくれる。
古き良き昭和の中華料理店。忙しい年末だからこそ、食事くらいゆっくり食べたい。時間に余裕がある時は、今後積極的に利用しようと思った。ただ酢豚とチャーハンで5000円くらいするので、それなりの出費は覚悟が必要。

席に着くと中国茶のポットサービス。
頼んだのは上海蟹と海老のチャーハン。3080円。
運ばれてきた上海蟹と海老のチャーハン。
美味しそうなビジュアル。
玉子スープでこの店の上湯の美味しさを実感。
漬物もワンランク上。
基本の海老チャーハンに上海蟹の味噌が。
全景。
もちろん美味い。
ザーサイをオンしても美味い。
美味い美味いとスプーンが止まらず、あっという間に完食。
上海蟹の味噌で和えるとチャーハンの味は美味さ大幅アップ。なかなかいける。今年も美味いチャーハンを追求していきたい。
