今日は中華に！ということで
お伺いしました。
店内に入ると中華屋さんって
感じではなく、とてもシックな
雰囲気です。
初めてでしたのでコースで
オーダーしましたが、これが
大正解！
お料理は、
蒸し鶏、唐揚げ、特製酢豚、
イカの塩炒め、青菜のニンニク
炒め、エビ蒸し餃子、
台湾ラーメン、ゴマ団子。
最初の蒸し鶏から驚きの美味しさ。
とっても美味しい麻婆豆腐の餡
のような(ボキャブラリー少なっ)
超美味しいタレがかかっています。
唐揚げはカリッを超えてガリッと
ジューシー。
特製酢豚は、、、
え？これが酢豚？？
という驚きの第一印象。
バラ肉の唐揚げに甘酸っぱいタレと
ザクザク切られた大量の青ネギと
しょうがが盛られています。
これが、、、何と美味しいことか！
最高すぎて、これはリピ確定です。
イカの塩炒めは、ネギがシャキシャキ
イカは火の通しが絶妙で美味い！
青菜は小松菜でした。
優しい味付けです。
エビ蒸し餃子は、当然エビが
プリップリ♪
台湾ラーメンは、私の知っている
名古屋の某有名店のものとは
全く異なる味わいです。
とっても辛いですが、スープは
あと引きます！！
最後は香ばしいゴマ団子で〆。
