谷町九丁目付近でランチの店を探して、何となく中華気分だったのでコチラに訪問。昼過ぎで混んでましたが、回転も早い様で待たずに入れました。注文はランチ色々あるので事前に調べて酢豚が人気とのことで、酢豚ランチを注文しました。
酢豚定食は、酢豚にご飯、サラダとスープです。こちらの酢豚は一般的な中華料理屋の酢豚とは全然違います。野菜も海鮮も入ってない、もちろんパイナップルも。角切りの酢豚を揚げて、酸味のある餡かけです。味は酢豚ってか油淋鶏風です。豚肉は全て脂身？って思えるほどものすごく柔らかい、脂身と脂を抜いて揚げてる？脂が抜けているのもあり、そこまでしつこく無く、個人的には嬉しい誤算で、かなりストライク好みでした。脂っこいのが苦手な人にはオススメしにくいですが、豚の脂身好きな人は是非にとオススメしたいお店、一度夜も来てみたいです。食べログ限定ポイント貯まってきたしココで使おうかなぁ
