本町にもありますが、本店へ訪問しました。
蘭亭さんといえば、テレビなどでよく取り上げられている「特製酢豚」が有名です。
今日は色々セットになってお得な「蘭亭定食」1450円を頂きました。
店内は広々としてカウンターとテーブル席があります。
オープン早々だったのでカウンターではなくテーブル席へ案内して頂きました。

待っている間にパラパラお客さんが来ていました。
11時オープンなのですが、15分後には5割席が埋まっておりました。
トレイがサーブされました。
まずはチャーハンから一口。
味はふわっと薄めですが、ご年配の方には丁度良い塩梅かと。
米はパラパラです。
この辺りしっとりパターンと二極化の好みに分かれますが、どちらも美味しいと思います。
次に真っ赤な台湾ラーメン。
こちらは予想以上にスパイシーでした。
スープを一口飲みましたが、美味しさの後からガツンと輪切り唐辛子の攻撃が容赦なく襲って来ます。
しかしながら美味しいので、また飲みますが喉に来ます。
麺は超細麺。
ミンチ肉は丼底に落ちて行きますので、穴のあいた専用のレンゲで救い上げて頂きますがまた辛い。
それも含めて台湾ラーメンの美味しさなのでしょう。
そして特製酢豚を頂きます。
カリカリに表面を揚げた豚肉のブロックをサラサラのスープの様な餡とネギで頂きます。
さすが名物なだけあって文句無しに美味しいです。
これにサラダとザーサイ小鉢が付いて1450円はとてもお得だと思います。
