探せるもんなら探してみ
十数年前、顔を顰めながら話すコメンテーターが店の詳細を明かさず紹介するコーナーがありまして
当時ねらーだった私、実況を覗いていると大半が秒で店バレしていきます
そんな店の一軒がこちら
当時も訪れているのですが人多杉で入れず仕舞
あとどこかでも書きましたが、上本町近辺てホント来ないんですよね
墓参りや甥っ子の送り迎えで前を通るので覚えてはいるけど行動範囲では無いので店を選ぶ際の選択肢に出て来ない、そんなお店でした
去年、お伊勢参りの帰りになんとなく上本町へ…そして気付きました
ちょっと歩けば行けるよね？
宣言も解除されお酒が出せるなら営業してるよね？
この機を逃すといつになるかわかりません
既に十数年経ってます
て事で訪問…よかった、営業してます、入れます
先ずは生、後は一品と焼きの盛り合わせを注文
突き出しはボロニアソーセージのスライスと塩ダレキャベツ
サラミの様な脂の旨味があります
もち豚白もつのどて焼き
どて焼きというより上品な出汁で煮た煮込み
甘さ強めでこの甘さが味噌由来かな？それを黒胡椒で締めてます
この出汁飲めるよ…匙が付いてくるのもそういう意図ですよね？
もつはレバー・ハツ・シロ？
コラーゲン的なプルプルした部位はシロなのかな？
牛も含めて煮込み系の中でもかなり美味しい
ガツ刺し
ボイルしたガツのスライスを生姜醤油で
生姜必要無いどころか邪魔になると感じるくらい臭み無し
シコシコとした歯応えでガツってこういう味なんだってよくわかります
串焼きは越後もち豚とイベリコ豚があり今回は越後もち豚から
盛り合わせはハツ・シロ・バラ・ヘレ・モモ
ハツとシロはタレ、他は塩
歯切れの良いハツにクニュクニュとしたシロ、どちらも美味しいです
タレは醤油ベースで薄味、ほんのり甘さ
バラとヘレジューシー
バラは脂身があるのでわかりますがヘレまでジューシー
追加でナンコツ・ミノ・コブクロ・リンパ・レバーを注文
レバーは牛鶏含めて火を通したモノが、コブクロは他所で変なのに当たってから苦手です
が、ここでなら大丈夫そうで思い切って注文
先に書きますが大丈夫でした
ナンコツはCな形状でカリコリ、ミノは牛に比べると柔らかい食感、リンパはザクザクした脂身って感じですね
レバーはモソモソ感や特有の匂いは無く美味しいです
コブクロはクセが無く小気味良い食感
完食、退店
何を食べても美味しかったです
豚のホルモン、特に串焼きは多かれ少なかれ匂いするものですがこちらのは一切無かったのが驚き
いやー、もっと早く重い腰上げてれば良かった
また必ず来ます
