大阪は鶴橋にあるホルモン焼店、金太郎さんです。
年末にく納め会
内臓の部位多数のうえホルモン390円均一のリーズナブルさが売りのお店です。
しかも注文してからすぐ肉が登場しますので、ありがちな冷凍保存ではなく生の肉を仕入れられているものと推察します。
材料の回転が良くないとすぐに廃棄になっちゃうので、鮮度が維持できるほどの人気店ということです。
生セン、キムチ盛からスタート。
生センは白センマイです、これも珍しい。たれもごま油とチョジャン両方が最初からあるのもいいですね。
続いて、ホルモンミックス盛。
おおむね本日のおすすめホルモンが2切ずつ入っています。
コリコリ（大動脈）、ウルテ（気管）、マメ（腎臓）、レバー、センマイ（第3胃）、ハツ（心臓）、マルチョウ（小腸）、テッチャン（大腸）なんかが入っていました。
しみじみ味わいながらいただきます。
そしてビールよりも日本酒が合います。
後半戦はアラカルト。
アゴ肉、タン、上ミノ、ハラミ(横隔膜)、ツラミ（顔の肉）なんかを注文。
どれも部位ごとに味わいが違います。
個人的にはアゴ肉の歯ごたえとうまみが深くて好きです。
ツラミも赤身肉の中では脂少なく味の濃い最上級の部位と思っています。
