上本町ハイハイタウン地下にある「大鳳閣」さん。人気のお店のようで、お昼時に訪問すると5人待ちでした。以前勤務していた北浜駅の地下にも同じ名前のお店があり、姉妹店なんでしょうか？北浜のチャンポンや皿うどんも美味かったので期待が持てます。
注文は、「チャンポンと半炒飯のセット」。まず、チャンポンのスープから。このチャンポンのスープが絶品。円やかで、甘さすら感じる幸せな味。北浜で食べたのと同じ味の記憶。餅っとした麺もボリュームがあり、具材の野菜に、かまぼこ、タコやイカなどの海鮮類。深みのある味わいです。
この「チャンポン」に埋もれてしまいそうな炒飯ですが、こちらも負けてません。パラパラまではいきませんが、食感のいいご飯が薄めの味付け。「チャンポン」のスープと交互に味わうと至福の味。こちらも美味い。
「チャンポン」のスープまで完食すると、女将から「兄ちゃん綺麗に食べたな！」と褒められます。子供に戻った気分でニヤリとしてしまいました。
