Taihokaku was featured in a planning book called Popular China. Champon noodles seem to be the selling point. Located on the first basement floor of Haihai Town. They add water frequently. First, 2 servings Gyoza / Dumpling. Reasonable doneness. It's quite delicious when eaten with miso sauce. This can be expected. The restaurant's favorite, jumbo Champon noodles, 1,100 yen. Panoramic view. Well, the visuals look delicious. The noodles are medium-thick straight noodles with a certain amount of firmness. The soup has a mild taste, and people who like it may like it, but it lacked a bit of impact for me. However, it tastes even better when eaten with pork. It tastes even better when combined with egg yolk. I can appreciate the gentle flavor with plenty of vegetables, but I would have liked it if the taste were a little more defined. It's a bit of a shame because Gyoza / Dumpling was delicious.
