宮崎風とは違って、腿肉ですね
地鶏にしては柔らかすぎると思うのですが、自家製のタルタルソースが美味しかったです

醤油が塩辛く大根おろしが少ないのがちょっと残念ですかね
自慢のつくね盛り合わせ
つくねが挽肉ではなくて、フードプロセッサーで挽きすぎたミンチって感じですね
