食べログで「絶品つくね！」の口コミに惹かれていってみました。
1人1皿の「つくね（卵黄）」を注文。
大きな期待とともに一口。
「ん？」
感動なし。
ふわふわなのはわかるけど、
ふわふわを極めようとして
長いもの量が多すぎ。残念。
１皿２個のつくね、１個食べたあたりで
卵黄につけると気分悪くなってきました。
たれは美味しかったけど。
連れも１個いらないというので、
無理して食べました。
すみません。悪口になってしまいましたが、
一番期待のつくねだったので・・・。
期待した分を差し引いてももう頼まないと思います。
ごめんなさい。
でも！！
手羽の唐揚、串焼き、刺身を頼みましたが、
美味しかったです。
唐揚はちょっと感動でした。
カリッとジュワッとすごくうまく揚がってました。
次回は唐揚を1人１皿頼みます！
串焼きもすごく美味しかったです。
単に焼くだけではこうはならないだろうな、という
調理されてる方の腕というかセンスのようなものを
感じました。
あと、梅酒の種類がいっぱいあって
美味しい梅酒に出会えました。
料理が出てくるのがちょっと遅いと感じました。
梅酒１杯飲み終わるころようやく１品目がきた感じです。
なので、酔いがまわってご飯ものが食べれなかったです。
気になるものがいっぱいあったのに。
美味しい串をつまみながら、お酒を楽しむお店ですね。
つくねは私たちには合わなかったけど、
また来たいお店です。
