上本町駅近くにあるお好み焼・鉄板焼のお店です。
休日の夜に初訪問。
カウンター6席、4人テーブルが1卓、4人テーブルが3卓くらい。
中規模のおしゃれなお店。
■黒ウーロン茶 450円
■ビール中瓶 600円＋税
■大人のもちとチーズのカリカリ 650円
中にもち。チーズの香り良し。
トマトソースの隠し味でイタリアンな仕上がり。
■鳴門金時の塩バター焼 790円
熱々、ほくほく。
バターが芋の甘みを引き立てる。
表面カリ、中ホク、絶妙。
■海老とキャベツのアンチョビ炒め 1380円
海老、キャベツ、トマト、ブロッコリー。
アンチョビと鷹の爪で食欲をそそる。
いろどりいい。
■豚玉ゴルゴンゾーラ 1380円
ぐつぐつたぎるゴルゴンゾーラをまとった厚い中型のお好み焼。
細かく切ったキャベツの比率が高く、シャキシャキ。
豚肉もあり。
ゴルゴンゾーラの旨味が圧倒的なお好み焼。
二人で合計5890円。
見た目にも美しく、工夫が凝らされた、大変おいしい品々。
そのうち百名店やビブグルマンに選ばれるんじゃないかなと思いました。
