【パスタよりピッツア？】前菜のボリュームとサービスの質が好印象♪
谷町界隈はイタリアンもまた激戦区＞＜
一旦マイナス印象を持たれると二度と足を運ばなくなるという
負のスパイラルを潜り抜けられるかがお店存続の絶対条件。
こちらのピッツェリアは、多店舗展開してるだけあって、接客面が
非常に素晴らしいです。皿を下げるスピードが速いとかそんなんのは
いいとして、ランチ客に対しても、見えなくなるまでちゃんと見送る
姿勢というのは評価されるべきなのかなと思います。
それと中身に関して言えば、ドーンという前菜のボリュームです。
それは食後に出すべきとか、これまでパスタの前に食べなあかんのかい
とかそんなんのもいいとして、900円のランチにこれだけのボリューム
のものを提供するというのは、界隈のビジネスマンの懐事情を慮って
暮れてるんだろうと思います。これらに関しては全て十二分においしい。
前菜を食べて、＋100円でグレープフルーツジュースを飲んで、食べログ
でマイレビさんの口コミをチェックしているうちにパスタが。パスタは生
パスタだと＋300円になるようです。
■サーモンとイクラのトマトクリームパスタ 手打ちタリアッテレ
これは普通に絶対うまいはず。近所のラーメン屋いく脳内予約即キャンセルで
よかった！でも・・・。ソースがなんでこんなに甘いのか、サーモンの生臭さ、
イクラをソースに使うなら皮が固いものを使ってはダメだと思いました。
パスタよりピッツアのお店だと思います。
谷九には夜に行くべきイタリアンが多いですね。お昼は総じて値段相応のお店が
多いのが残念な点ではありますが、正直なお店が多い証左でもあり〼。

谷町界隈のイタリアン、特にピッツアが美味しいお店といえば谷六の
こちらと谷九のクティオットさん。
どちらも職場の飲み会でよく利用させてもらっている関係で、正直
いつもの感覚でレビューはしにくいんだけども笑、そこは本音で。
アッセさんの場合、前菜含めボリューミーなのが特徴で、ピッツアの
選択肢も多いです。窯焼きされたもちもちの食感の生地はピッツア好き
の人からもかなり評価が高いですよね。
個人的には、これがいいとかいうのはないんですけど、オールラウンダー
的なイタリアンだと思います。ピッツェリアというよりオステリア的な
使い方もできます。吹田のお店に入ったことがないですが、あちらはもっと
ピッツェリアらしい感じだと聞きます。
谷九のミツバさんもいいですし、意外に庶民的な価格のイタリアンのええお店あります。
