福井県の温泉で有名な・あわら市では
記録的な積雪量で1m超えとのニュースもあり
大阪も雪こそ降らないけれど
氷点下で日中も気温が上がらず
冷えて寒かったです
こんな日はやっぱり体があったかいもんを欲します
ということで上本町にある
一人鍋が出来るお店
けんぢに寄ってみました
L字カウンターのみで10席ほどかな
こじんまりとしています
ジャズが流れて落ち着いた雰囲気
一人鍋もいいですが
デート使いなどに良さそうですね
とりあえず瓶ビールやりながら
料理を待ちます
■漬け物の盛り合わせ
らっきょ、しば漬け、かぶらなど

しろ菜、もやし、にんじん、えのき
のシンプルな具材
醤油ベースのたれを鍋のスープを
少し足していただくようです

鍋のセットになっています
2分程茹でたらつけ麺のようにして
鍋を食べていた器にポン酢をスプーン2杯程入れて
いただきます
野菜だけだと麺も欲しい気がしますが
肉食ってるから美味しいけど結構しんどいな
体も温まりハラパンになりました
ごちそうさまでした
