小鍋と一品料理のお店で、
コロナ対策でカウンター１０席もないお店なので
おひとり様か多くても２人までで訪問するお店です。
カウンターに座ると鍋用のＩＨが個別にセットされています。
鍋の前に一品をオーダー。
日本酒も一緒にいただきます。
一人鍋ですが、けっこうなボリュームがあります。
豚ロースに牛肉を追加しましたがサシも入っていてなかなか良いお肉です。
さんまのお刺身も鮮度抜群。
どれも美味しく完食しましたが会計もリーズナブルで驚きました。
