大阪B級グルメーツアーと銘打ち、大阪の友人チョイスのお店を回っております。
一軒目（ミトミえもんは遅刻につき、他のメンバーとっては三軒目）は大阪上本町にある『あじくらや』。もともとは鶴橋にあった店だそうで、旧店舗から多くのファンを抱える人気店でございます。どうやら名物は生卵をたっぷりつけて食べる「生玉子づけ」だそうですが、友人は迷うことなく注文を開始。
いか豚キムチ油カスダブル、麺大盛りで。
お好み焼きや鉄板焼き文化で育った大阪人なら楽勝なのでしょうが、関東人には呪文のように聞こえます。笑 キムチの辛味や牛ホルモンの素揚げのような油かすの存在が味わいを全力で引っ張ります。烏賊や豚にも影響を与え、麺も含めて濃厚な味わいに仕上げてくれます。その麺は生麺を使用しているそうで、もちもちなのが特徴。麺大盛りでも瞬殺です！
