My partner says he's worried about it. I've been eating Okonomiyaki nearby for a long time, so I was wondering how delicious Ajikura-ya would be. When I called the day before, I was told that the place was fully booked, so I went there thinking it would be open at 9pm on Saturday night, but it was full and I waited outside and was called after about 10 minutes. There were chairs and an ashtray, so my partner who smoked didn't seem to have any trouble waiting. Now, when I went inside and ordered, I looked around and saw a lot of autographed colored papers. Here we come♪ Beer. Next was kimchi tonpeiyaki. yeah? Grilled squid? Hiroshimayaki? I thought I was rolling kimchi with an egg, but there was something on the outside. It was chewy. He told me that the salt-grilled chicken meat was too tough to eat and gave me all of it. I knew it was tough, but it was overcooked. As everyone said, Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) was a little different from the usual, chewy and delicious. The most popular type of okonomiyaki, Osakayaki, has ingredients that fall apart and are not integrated with Okonomiyaki, and when cut, the top and bottom are separated. The squid legs were overcooked and tough, so I removed them first. It was okay because it was big. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to it. Thank you for the meal. Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) is delicious, so I recommend it.
