鶴橋でサムギョプサルが食べたくて検索して見つけたお店です
予約してランチタイムに訪問しました
お店の前にあるのは水槽
入ってるのはお魚ではなくお肉です
水槽の中でお肉を熟成させてるんだとか
オーダーしたもの

焼くのはスタッフさんがやってくれます
お肉は予め焼き色が付いてます
鉄板の周りに野菜を並べ、お肉を1口大に切ってくれます
数分待って焼けたので頂きます
お肉がとっても柔らかい
脂身もそんなに気にならないし美味しいです
偉べるチゲ類はスンドゥブにしました
グツグツの状態で運ばれて来ました
辛過ぎず食べやすくてこちらも美味しいです
ただ、一品や付け合せの野菜なんかは量が少なめなので、2人で仲良く食べました
ご飯の器も浅めなので沢山食べる方は物足りないかもです
私はご飯もお料理もちょうど良い量だなと感じました
楽しみながらお食事出来ました
