Lunch at Tsuruhashi Octagonal plate water-aged samgyeopsal restaurant Low temperature aging in water! It's my first time at a restaurant like this. I've already made a charity reservation for the samgyeopsal course. The meat is seared on the surface in the store first, and when you cut it, the thick meat is half-cooked, so the system grills it right in front of you. The staff at the store does everything for you. I choose Sundubu and Keranchim.I often eat Keranchim at Korean Cuisine, but the cheese Keranchim here was really delicious.Maybe Sundubu is tailored to the Japanese palate, but it's gentle and quite unsatisfactory. I sprinkled it with spices and ate it.The most important part, Samgyeopsal, was absolutely delicious and the portion was generous.It also came with rice, which made me feel full.It was a pity that the rice was quite dry, but I would like to come here again.
