OPEN日に偶然通ったので入店
綺麗で落ち着いた店内
ただ、OPEN日でお友達？で賑わって
コンセプトとは違う雰囲気なのかな？って感じにはなってました
（朝方まで営業なので、そもそも賑やか系かも知れない・・・）

少し値段は高め設定

土鍋ごはん頂きました
こちら塩系の串が美味しい！！
火加減塩加減良いですね
逆にタレは少し甘み強めでコク弱めで絡みもちょっと弱めかも
お造りは醤油で頂くタイプ
ただ、肝は塩ゴマ油の方が合うと思ったので、注文したら出してくれました
ほんらい醤油だけの出し忘れなのかどちらだろう？？
お造り自体はどれも美味しくオススメ
何気ない注文の鶏皮ポン酢が絶品
上品！！
あっさりなので味がしっかりで美味しかったです
土鍋ごはんは鶏出汁で炊いたタイプ
漬物もついてないので、正直他の料理がある間に出して欲しかったかも
〆に出すならせめて漬物が付けた方が良いかな
ドリンクはグラスワインが安い・・・ボトルが損じゃないってくらい安いのでグラスワインオススメ
焼鳥と相性良かったです！！
スタートなんでオペレーションミスが目立ったのと、改善点が多いと思うので
今後の成長に期待
落ち着いたころにまた再訪したいと思います
