I went to a hormone Yakiniku (Grilled meat) store in Tsuruhashi, Osaka. ■ Hormone meat wholesaler Ogawa Shoten Tsuruhashi store This is a hormone Yakiniku (Grilled meat) shop located in front of Tsuruhashi Station in Osaka. The butcher shop is directly managed. It is characterized by being able to taste the freshest hormones purchased through a unique route by grilling them over charcoal. It is a two-story restaurant, and the first floor has a counter and table seats for two people. The second floor was a table for groups. There is a smoke inhalation duct on the table, giving the impression of a modern Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant. Many of the customers were young people, and I saw many customers enjoying hormone Yakiniku (Grilled meat) alone. On the menu, hormones of various parts were lined up. At Ogawa Shoten, they are particular about freshness, do not use frozen, and do not purchase meat unless it is good on that day. Therefore, it seems that some products are sold out depending on the day. Some of the menus were marked "×". ・ Mega round intestine (1,000 yen for 2 servings) ・ Green onion salt garlic core (600 yen) ・ Red to small intestine (600 yen) These three seem to be recommended as the "three major specialty hormones". Ogawa Genki Harami (600 yen) is also a specialty. There was also a single menu such as stewed salt (450 yen) and melted pork legs (450 yen). I decided to taste the hormones right away. ● Stewed salt motsu Motsu such as hachinos and small intestine were served generously on the Small dish. The amount of salt is just right. The flavor of the soup is firmly soaked in, and the plump elasticity of the motsu is attractive. ● Pork feet The pork legs that were simmered for 6 hours were stewed so thick that the bones and meat peeled off when held with chopsticks. It's plump and full of collagen. I was able to taste the soup that exuded the taste of pork legs deliciously (^-^) ● Ogawa Genki Harami It is a specialty dish full of stamina, sprinkled with plenty of garlic. I grilled this over charcoal and tasted it. The elastic texture of the fresh harami is wonderful. It is seasoned with plenty of garlic and the rice goes on (^-^) Even if the rice was "medium", it was the size of a bowl at a typical restaurant. ● Green onion salt garlic core It is a thick and beautiful part. I squeezed a lemon and enjoyed it refreshingly. It has a unique texture. It is seasoned with garlic and has a punchy flavor. ● Red to small intestine It was seasoned with plenty of red pepper sweets and green chili peppers. It has fat on it and a soft texture. It is the perfect seasoning to accompany drinks and rice (^-^) ● Mega Round Intestine Amazing impact visual (^-^) It was served in a state on the tube that you can see that it is the small intestine. The way to eat it is to put the whole thing on a net, roll it around and bake the surface, put it back on the plate, cut it with scissors, and then bake it with a net. It was a wonderful dish that had an impact both in appearance and taste. ● Tan Kalbi A rare part with fat under the tongue. Taste with lemon or salt. The nets are changed regularly, so you can taste the deliciousness each time. I enjoyed both the crisp texture of the tongue and the flavor of the fat. I love tang galbi (^-^) I ate and drank quite a bit and enjoyed it for a little over 3,000 yen per person. Since the butcher shop is directly managed, the freshness of the meat is good and there are few peculiarities peculiar to hormones. Plus, it's cheap and delicious. I was able to taste so many hormones, and I felt that this price was cost-effective.
