Dinner with everyone at work. Let's go eat some stylish kushikatsu and Fried Skewers that seem to have been made recently. The store is located underground, right next to Tanimachi 9-chome Station. There are tables and counters, and this time I went to a table in the back. Cheers with beer. I ordered the Oka course for 3,608 yen. A course consisting of 10 Fried Skewers, vegetable sticks, and Ice cream. Until Fried Skewers arrive, we add colorful vegetables such as cabbage, bell peppers, and carrots. At the same time, I also tasted all the sauces. There are various sauces such as salt, garlic soup, soy sauce, mustard sauce, and miso. The miso is similar to Hatcho miso and is perfect for vegetables. The salt is mixed with ground sesame seeds and is fragrant. The 10 skewers this time are as follows. ◇Ginkgo nuts ◇Matsutake mushrooms ◇Angel shrimp ◇Wagyu beef thighs ◇Warm asparagus ◇Big sea bream rolls ◇Simmered radish consommé ◇Free-range chicken ◇Quail eggs ◇Tuna I'm happy to see seasonal items available and feel like autumn. Ginkgo nuts and matsutake mushrooms with salt. Hoko hoko. Salt the shrimp too. Plump and sweet. Personally, I like wagyu beef with mustard sauce. Break the asparagus into soft boiled eggs and add garlic and soy sauce. The sea bream is light with ponzu sauce. Bacon is wrapped around the radish, and the consommé is piping hot. Anchovy sauce for local chicken. Be careful as quail eggs are half-boiled. The tuna has soy sauce-flavored grated yam on top, and is piled high. Of course, 10 pieces weren't enough, so I added more. For 100 to 380 yen, you can choose from vegetables, seafood, meat, etc. Mugwort Fu Dengaku Miso. The plump wheat gluten and sweet miso are irresistible. Finally, add Ochazuke(boiled rice with tea)to finish the dish. Perhaps because the oil is good, it doesn't make your stomach feel heavy at all and feels refreshing. I would be happy if the ending was a little more fulfilling. Also, personally, I would be happy if there were Fried Skewers...
