友人が行きたい店があるとのことで一緒にいきました！
谷町9丁目にこんなお店があったとは！ってくらいいい雰囲気のお店。谷町界隈に10年住んでたのですが、全く知らなかった。
純粋品数多いし、一品の盛り付けが綺麗。
センスです。
使用されてる鶏は黒さつま鶏。個人の感想ですが、
歯応えと噛むほどに味が出る鶏だと思う。
紀州備長炭で焼き上げるから上品な炭の香んのみ纏ってるって感じ。
やはりソリレスが一番美味しかったかな。
写真撮れてないのもあるんやけど
デザートも合わせると計二十品近くでたんじゃないかな？
大満足なコースだった。
個人的にはもう少しぽーしょんが大きめだと尚食べ応えがあったかな。
ただとても美味しかった！
必ずまた行く。
