機会を得て やっと来店しました♪
一品オススメの鳥皮クミンは旬の水菜の和え物で
サッパリ美味しく頂きました
お初なのでセットメニュー（串5本と生物）
京の赤鶏が入荷したらしく、甘みのある生ササミの小鉢はラッキーでした
鳥レバーは新鮮そのもの！
ですが、苦手な私には蒸し鶏に変更可能。
