喫茶店の名前は知っていましたが、あちこち歩いていて偶然みつけました(^o^)
とってもおしゃれな外観と内観のお店でした。
店内はカウンターが8席
4人掛けのテーブルが5つ
2人掛けのテーブルが2つ
女性が2人で切り盛りされていました。
ピラフは、炊き込みごはんというより焼飯ですが、ほとんどのお店で、ピラフが焼飯です(^o^)
よく見えませんでしたが、カウンターの奥に厨房があって業務用の高火力のコンロのようでした。
業務用だとマヨネーズをいれたり、ごはんを卵かけご飯で炒めるなど、裏技なしで、ふっくらパラパラの焼飯が作れるそうです。
そんなわけで、ふっくらパラパラの焼飯でした。
ピーマンなどの野菜にシャキッとしてとっもおいしかったです。
