新世界にはない感じの高級感ある外観と店内。
串かつと一緒の分類にしても良いのかわからないけど、高級感のある串揚げ屋さんがオープンしていた。
その名も『ぎふや 本家』
早速、同僚4人と店内に入り、テーブルに座る。
まずは生ビールで乾杯！
お通し（キャベツ、パプリカ、胡瓜とアロエの辛子酢味噌）キャベツはおかわり自由と説明がありました。
続いて、有頭エビ、アスパラ、牛、牛フィレ、黒豚バラ、地鶏モモ肉、地鶏ささみ、ホタテ貝柱などの串カツとぎふやスープ、肉吸い、どて焼きを注文。
串カツは素材も良く、ころも、パン粉はサクッとしていて旨い！ソースは濃厚で甘め。
どて焼きはスジがトロける感じで味付けは濃厚。
ぎふやスープは新世界のシチューを少しアレンジしたようなあっさりしていて美味しい。
肉吸いもあっさりしていて旨い。ホッとする。
接客も丁寧で雰囲気も良いし、いいお店だ。
