年齢重ねるとやっぱりハラミが激うまに感じます♂️
和牛ガブリの魔法ソースも良くてよくタレに
つけて食べるとソースの味が感じられました✨
その中でもお気に入りは「塩つらみねぎ巻き」です♂️
さっと両面炙って青ネギを巻いて頂きます✨
そのままでも美味しいのですがレモン果汁や
みかんポン酢でさっぱりいただくと何枚でも
