新大阪についてランチ。551は長蛇の行列、東洋亭も並んでいて、すぐ入れる此方に入店。
かやくうどん単品を注文。
程なく着丼。
お出汁をひと口。美々卯のお出汁って、鰹の風味に少しだけ尖った存在感あるお醤油の味が独特でそんなに甘くない。
麺は中くらいの太さでツルツルシコシコ。とは言えコシの強さだけで売る讃岐うどんとも違う感じ。
かやくの具は、鶏モモ、煮椎茸、人参、里芋、ミツバ、鰻蒲焼き、湯葉、生麩、柚子皮、焼餅。
美々卯、関東から撤退したから今は貴重。
