少し早い夕食を食べに寄りました。
美々卯さんの名前は知っていましたが、新大阪駅にもお店を出していたんですね。
うどんすきの美々卯さんですが、注文したのは、海老おろしと季節ご飯セットです。
うどんは、自分で生卵を入れて、醤油つゆを入れます。海老は1尾で、他に、大根おろしに、ねぎ、海苔、かつお節が入っています。
麺は、コシがあり、かなりの弾力です。
季節のご飯は、山菜ご飯でした。
漬物とデザートが付いています。
