新大阪駅より千里中央方面に一駅の東三国駅付近の商店街にあるthe町中華的なお店です♬

絶品唐揚げが名物の老舗なお店です♪
ヤッパリ町中華は、お上品とは言えない甘辛濃い味の関西が良いですね〜もう最高です♬
伺ったのは開店11:00頃、先客2組3名と入店です。
いらっしゃいませ〜元気な大阪オバチャンの掛け声についつい笑顔が溢れますね〜良い雰囲気です♬
お願いしたのは、大人気は「から揚げ玉子定食」欲張りは「若水定食」その上が「特別五目入定食」と教えて下さり、皆様お分かりの通り、欲張りな小生でした。
常連様は、から揚げ玉子定食を色々アレンジ注文されるのが面白いです。玉子半分とか、ご飯大盛とか、から揚げ２個などなど〜
皆さんの提供が終わった頃、10分程度で提供されました。と言うのも、若水定食には、から揚げと玉子の他、酢豚、海老の天ぷら、イカの天ぷらが入り、ワンオペでそれらを全て初めから作る為、少し手間が掛かるのです。
から揚げは大きく塩味強めですが、外側カラッと内側ジューシー美味しく、素晴らしいですね♬56号ホームランの様です。
酢豚もカリッと豚唐にお野菜、濃い味甘辛アンがトロリとかかり美味しい♬
海老とイカの天ぷらをアンに付けて頂くと程よい感じです。
玉子焼きには味が付いていませんので、ご飯にトッピングし酢豚のアンをかけ天津飯風に頂けます。
真ん中にサラダ=キャベツも有り、後味スッキリ！
若水定食はお店のお味を存分に頂けるスペシャルメニューですね♪大満足です♬
小生が食べ終わる頃には、カウンターも見事に満席の為、地元の超人気店である事が手に取るように分かります。
