It's tough being a man at Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) for lunch. It's been a long time since the coronavirus outbreak that I've been here for lunch. From a variety of set meals, we will have Kasu Udon set meal. A meal that comes with rice, pickles, and salad is quite filling. In Kasu Udon, the sweetness of the Abura Kasu spreads through the soup stock. It also has a nice aroma. The deliciousness of this dregs enhances the rice. I think aburakasu is most appealing when used as an accompaniment to alcohol, but if there was a set menu of aburakasu, I would definitely order it. It's been a long time since I last saw a man, so thank you for the meal.
