阪急西中島南方駅近くのホテルクライトンの中にある
「レストランプレノール」に行って来ました。
土曜日は西中島で講師の仕事を長くしているので
いつも行ってないところの探索でした。
ホテルの中だけあって静かな雰囲気。
お昼のランチも数種類ありましたが、天ぷらの好きな私は
「日替わり和風弁当」を食べることに。
天ぷらも美味しかったですが、結構ヘルシーメニューで
体にいい感じの内容でした。高野豆腐や金時まめなどが綺麗な彩で
良かったです。写真にはアップしませでしたが、サブバイキングで
スープと味噌汁を選べるのですが、お弁当に合わせて味噌汁を。
具沢山でこれもまた日ごろの野菜不足をちょっとは補えるかなって感じです。
最後の締めはホテルから見える緑を眺めながらの
珈琲タイム。ビジネス中のランチにしては心が癒されます。
また一つランチを楽しめるところが出来たので良かったです。
