西中島南方。 夜の街というイメージもあるようですが、お客さんに連れられ、今回は、ランチです。
かなり中華飯店な外観のお店です。
店頭にお勧めランチメニューが掲げられていて、「トマトラーメン定食」を発見。
中華料理屋でもトマトラーメン出すんですね。
というわけで、残り2食というトマトラーメン定食を注文。
チャーハン、杏仁豆腐がついて、800円なので、お値ごろです。
さて、トマトラーメンは、サンマルツァーノっぽいトマトがほぼ原形を留めた状態で、４つぐらい入っているスープ。麺は極細麺で、ほとんどスープパスタな感じです。
程よい酸味と甘味で、おいしいです。
具は一転して、ちんげん菜、きくらげといった中華風。
彦まろさんなら、「味のシルクロードやぁ」みたいな表現でしょうか。笑
チャーハンは、もう少し塩気が抑えられていてもいいかなといった印象でしたが、全体としては好印象。坦々麺もなんだか、おいしそうでした。
