Today I headed to a restaurant in the south for lunch, but unfortunately it was closed. Then I checked Tabelog to find another restaurant. A Shanghai restaurant called ``Shishui Muka'' looks good. Try to go immediately. When you arrive at the store, you can hear Chinese being spoken all over the place, making it feel like China. There are large round tables inside the restaurant, giving it a very Chinese atmosphere. I ordered the ``Tandanmen set'' from the lunch menu, which has about 10 types including daily specials. This Shanghai Chinese ``Dan Dan Noodle'' has a light soup, lots of ground meat, and a sprinkling of spices. It's delicious. The noodles are medium thick and chewy. It goes with the soup. The rice dish is ``fried rice''. It's fried rice. The accompaniment ``zha cai'' also has an authentic Chinese taste. I'm also looking forward to the Shanghai cuisine in the evening.
