仕事終わりで久しぶりに夜のあじ蔵さんへ
予約なしで伺いましたが、タッチの差で滑り込みセーフ。
たちまち満席となりました。
キムチ、ナムルと前菜の定番に続いて、ココロ刺し、上塩タンから
肉盛りド―――(゚д゚)―――ン!
この日は火力も安定していて、どれも美味しく焼けました。
タレは醤油ベースで濃すぎずに肉の味を邪魔せずに個人的には好きな味。
サービスの方々も皆さん愛想が良くていつも心地よい空間を演出してくれます。
店主の方もとってもフレンドリーで、いつもまた来ようと思います。
ここはお昼のコスパも非常に高い。
いつも行列で12時台に待ちなしで入るのは至難の業。
