日曜日の21時15分訪問。
当日の20時頃に電話予約して、3人で伺いました。
ラストオーダーが22時のようです。
独自の食べ方のしゃぶしゃぶがおいしかったです。
今回はブランド豚3種食べ比べを注文しました。
豚肉はしゃぶしゃぶしないで、お肉で野菜を巻いてだし汁につけて動かさずに熱を通すようです。
りんどうポーク、三昧豚、いもこ豚の三種類。
いもこ豚のバラ肉が甘みがあり、一番おいしかった。
いもこ豚オンリーでもいい感じ♪
土鍋ご飯は30分ほどかかるそうなので、最初に注文しておきました。
炊きたてのご飯の香りがとてもよかったです。
店内に芸能人のサインがたくさん飾ってあり、見るだけで楽しかったです。
従業員の方の接客がとても丁寧で感じがよく、最後まで楽しく過ごせました。
