今日は20時頃に仕事が終われたので、乗り換え駅の新大阪で晩御飯を食べて帰りました。
この時間に帰れるのは久しぶりです(^-^)
■洋麺屋 五右衛門
わりとオシャレなテーブルが並ぶお店でした。
カウンターの前には、茹でる前のパスタがたくさん置かれていて、これはこれでパスタ屋さんらしい風景ですね。
普段はパスタ屋さんに入ることが少ないので、メニューに目移りしました。
迷った挙句、ペペロンチーノにしました。
●本からすみと釡揚げしらすのペペロンチーノ
フォークではなく、お箸で食べるのがこちらのお店のスタイルらしいです。
斬新ですね(^-^)
最初に出されたスープは、茶碗蒸しを思わせるような風味でした。
完全な和風テイストのパスタ屋さんです。
ペペロンチーノにはたっぷりのからすみ、ネギ、海苔が乗っていました。
タラコパスタのからすみバージョンという印象です。
歯ごたえがある麺です。
たまにシラスの食感に当たって、風味の変化を楽しめます。
なかなかユニークなパスタ屋さんでした。
