新大阪駅の新幹線の下 2階にあるスパゲッティ屋。
この通りはド定番な店ばかりですね。
おいしいんですが、全品軽く1000円超えで
ランチも通常メニューにドリンクとスープが付くだけ。
おまけに昼のラッシュ時は提供まで15分かかります。
サラリーマンの昼には向きません。旅行者向けです。
大阪に旅行に来てる人にならオススメできます。
郊外の五右衛門には安いランチとかお子様メニューとかあるのになあ。

火の加減がちょうど良い塩味もちょうど良いです。
カマンベールチーズは隠し味程度ながら全体的な香りも良いです。
ベーコンはカリカリ…うーんまあそう言われればカリカリかな。
カルボナーラのツボを押さえていておいしかったです。

アルデンテほど固くなく、水っぽくもなく普通です。

全席禁煙なのも良いですね。
