2020年3月14日訪問
前週に引き続き焼肉店訪問になりました。
コロナ騒動で飲食店が寂しい状況になっているなか、いつもの呑み友とふたりで訪問したのは西中島にある『ホルモン本舗 西中島南方店』さんです。
ぐるなびよりサイト予約を入れて訪問させていただきました。サイト予約させていただいたのは、ここのところコロナ騒動で従業員さんの確保が安定せず、予約以外のお客さんを断るお店が増えているケースが多々あるからにほかなりません。
予約させていただいたコースは「全65品食べ放題＋飲み放題コース」4200円のコースです。
17時45分の予約で店内に入り、2階のテーブル席に通され、まずは飲み物(生ビール)のオーダーから。
こちらのお店は一杯目の乾杯の掛け声を店員さんがみんなでしてくれます。そのため、新しいお客さんがくるたびに毎回あちらこちらで乾杯の掛け声が…。宴会とかの時は盛り上がるサービスですね。
活気ある店内で食べる焼肉は普段以上に美味しく感じてしまいます。
最初の大皿を食べ終えると、あとは好きな部位をオーダーするスタイルで、新鮮なホルモンや美味しい肉を次から次へとオーダーしていきます。もちろん生ビールもひっきりなしの追加です。
メニューにある「ド根性ハラミ」などは下味が辛口になっていて、焼きあげて食べるときにはタレをつけずにそのまま食べることを推奨されています。
確かに何もつけずに食べても、ピリ辛濃厚な味で美味しいですが、タレをつけるとマイルドでチョイ辛になり、それはそれで美味しいです。
とりあえずは食べ放題なので、食べ方も自由。楽しく、お腹いっぱいになればそれ以外は気にすることなんてナッシングです。
焼き網もこまめに変えてくれて、リーズナブルな食べ放題のお店なのに気配りは満点です。
ホルモンもなかなかの美味が多く、気軽に楽しく食事するにはもってこいなお店なのでした。
