食券の自動販売機で事前に食券を購入するシステム。 |
JR新大阪駅在来線5・6番線ホーム上にあるお店「麺家」。
3月中旬の朝に初めて訪れました。
先ずは店頭の自動券売機でチケットを購入します。
この日は
「ごぼう天うどん」(530円)
「生たまご」(80円)
を購入しました。
チケットを渡してその場で待つ事1分ほどでうどんが上がりました。
「ごぼう天うどん」の具はゴロッと大きめサイズのごぼう天が3本、蒲鉾、ネギです。
早速いただいてみました♪
うどんは自分好みのコシの強さで良い喉越しです (^^)
出汁はあっさりとしたお味で朝頂くのに丁度良い優しいお味ですね。
ごぼう天はシャキシャキとした食感と程良い苦みが美味しかったです！(>_<) ｳﾏｯ
つゆを最後の一滴まで飲み干し完食しました。
