コンビニのようにガツンと旨味がある訳ではなく、だからと言って物足りない訳でもありません。
米屋のおにぎり屋と名乗るからにはお米のセレクトはもちろん、その作り方にもこだわっています。 |
どうも、まーくんです。
アテンドのお仕事もあり、朝早くから新大阪に集合。
少し早く到着したので、
朝ごはんでも食べようかなと思ったら
パンより米派の私はここ一択です。
普段なら紅鮭とかベタなものを頼むのですが、
金胡麻なるものを発見。
おそらく塩味控える人やシンプルの極みみたいなものを食べたい人が食べるんやろなと思い、
それと明太子を購入。
お米をウリにしてるだけあって、お米が美味い。
金胡麻190円、明太子310円。
量も少し小ぶりなので高いといえば高いけど、
個人的には絶妙です。
絶妙なるおむすび感。
また色々食べたいなぁ。
