その日は朝から何も食べていませんでした。というのも起きたのが昼前で、用事ですぐに外出した為に
朝、昼と食事の機会を失ってしまった為に、夕方には腹ペコに・・・。こうなってくると胃は食べ物を求める
わけで、しかも、肉を欲するが為に、夕食は焼肉に。
出先の南方駅周辺を歩いていると、雰囲気の良いお店を発見したのでとりあえず入ってみることに・・・。
その時は２人だったのですが、テーブル席に案内してくれました。このお店は奥にカウンターもありました。
焼肉屋にしては綺麗で落ち着いた内装でした。
ご飯目的だった為にソフトドリンクで乾杯！さっそく注文。やはり初めは生ものという事で、生レバーを注文。
お肉２，３種類と、メニューの中で気になった和牛の握りを注文。
ここの生レバーは厚みがあって甘く、臭みが無いので、レバー好きにはもってこいだと思いました！
お肉類も美味しかったですが、もうちょっと安くても良いかなと思いました。
色々注文したので名称と味がうる覚えです(笑)
その中で印象的だったのはやはり「和牛の握り」。
基本的に寿司は魚やろ！という概念を見事に粉砕されました。ほぼ生の霜降り肉(軽く炙ってあったのかな？)
をシャリと握っていたのですが、これが絶品！口の中でとろけるくらい柔らかいお肉で、しかもネタがデカい！
肉の寿司もありやな、と思わされた一品です。
次に行った時もあれば必ず注文したいと思いました。
