西中島辺りが焼肉激戦区になっているので、新規開拓でこちらへ。
西中島はオフィス街のイメージがあって、日曜はほとんどお店が閉まってるいるイメージでしたが、こちらはほぼ満席でした。
カウンター、座敷、テーブル席があり結構広いです。板前焼肉というコンセプトなので、カウンターからはお肉を捌く様子がわかります。
ビール、ホルモン類、生セン、キムチを注文。ビールはサッポロです。
生センは皮が剥がしてあり白いです。柔らかな口当たりと歯ごたえ。つけだれも味噌風のまろやかさがあり、うまいです！
ホルモンは、テッチャン、ツラミ、マルチョウ、ミノなど。しっかりもみダレに揉まれています。つけダレは味噌風。テッチャンやマルチョウはコラーゲンたっぷりの仕様で臭みもなく、これまたうまい！ミノも隠し包丁がいいかんじです。ツラミはめちゃ分厚く、他店とは比べものにならないくらい。分厚いのに食べやすく、味もあってうまいー。
赤肉はシャトーブリアン。お口でとろけます。
肉質、鮮度、コスパもよく大満足。
接客も頑張ってました。
