コロナ禍で飲食店さんに強いられた時間や酒類の提供に対する締め付けでこの1年10か月
どの飲食店さんも活況を欠いていましたが久しぶりに大賑わいのお店に出逢う事ができました。
新大阪駅、西中島南方駅近くと言う土地柄なのか？こちらのお店の持つパフォーマンスの素晴らしさなのか？
『板前焼肉一笑西中島店』さんの入口ガラス戸越しに覗いた店内はほぼ満席の活況！
店内に足を踏み入れると雑踏の如く焼肉をはさんで交わされる賑やかな話し声と広がる笑顔
店頭の保冷庫に貯蔵された肉塊や華やいだお店の雰囲気に圧倒されながらカウンター席に案内されました。
カウンターの向こう側には慌ただしくお肉を捌かれている板長さん？とびっきりの笑顔で迎えて下さいました。
ホールスタッフもテキパキとされていて“本日のおすすめ”など希少部位を懇切丁寧に説明して頂きました。
その中から特選ミスジと特選ラムシンをあとは上塩タン、特選ハラミ、ホルモンから特選マルチャン あとは焼き野菜お願いしました。『一笑』さんは黒毛和牛を一頭買いされているので一頭の牛から僅かしかとれない希少部位も豊富に扱われていますね。先ずはノンアルコールビールを頂きながら野菜とタンを焼いていきます。タンはレモンを搾って
『一笑』さんの特徴としてどの部位も厚めにカットされていて贅沢に頂けますね。
外は程よく焼いても中はレアで柔らか☆☆☆☆☆
適度なサシの入ったラムシンは脂の甘みと赤身のコクのある旨味が堪能できます。
ラムシンとミスジはあっさりと薬味の山葵を乗せて♪
ハラミと言えばやっぱり白ごはん
キムチと椎茸を乗せて勝手にハラミ丼
最後にジェラート三種盛りでお口サッパリ！
どれも美味しかったです。
お会計を済ませて店外に出たらホールスタッフさん板長さん？も表まで出て「ありがとうございました」と笑顔でお見送り
ご馳走さまでした。
